Halloween is one of the most fun times of the year, simply because you don't have to worry about how you look...you can look dreadful, and you're just being in with the spirit! We've all seen a bad costume or two...but, let's face it; the cornier, the better! But, what are a few other reasons that we love Halloween ? Well, let's face it—Halloween has a lot of perks! So, the question is...why do we love it?!
Kids love it because...
Well, of course it's because of candy. Everyone loves Halloween candy, whether they be young or old (Every adult can probably admit to swiping a Reese's cup out of their little one's Halloween container. Every. One.)... But it's also the excitement of getting to see your friends in a great costume! Let's face it, we love that even as adults! Not to mention picking out the costume and seeing all of the cool ways that you can transform yourself from a normal little boy or little girl into Hercules, or a nutcracker, or a ghost...It's pretty dagone amazing! But, why are adults so big into Halloween?
Why Do Adults Love Halloween?
Well, first and foremost, you get to be anything that you want. What people don't really realize is that adults don't really get a big choice in what they want to do once they're settled in their career...it's largely out of their hands. Fortunately, this is where Halloween comes in in. An adult gets to transform into whatever they want, without judgment for one whole night. It's pretty awesome! This is why people love Halloween so much—the abilities that are given, whether they be imaginary or otherwise. Not to mention the feeling of confidence! That's why so many adults love Halloween—they can be whomever they want to be for a whole night!
