Are you looking for a Winnie the Pooh costume? Seen loads that cost twenty or more dollars and just not having it? Well, there's an easier way to do so! You don't have to spend a whole bunch of money. In fact, you can get away with buying a Winnie the Pooh costume for under twenty dollars—perhaps even under ten! But how do you go about buying this Winnie the Pooh costume? Well, it's super easy!
Clothes
For clothes, you will need a lot of yellow. You might want to start with a yellow long sleeve teeshirt, gloves, and pants and socks and maybe even shoes. However, if you can get a large adult sleeper that's all yellow, for a Winnie the Pooh costume, that's alright too. Then, you'll need a red shirt to go over that , which is a tiny bit too short...and a pair of round, yellow ears. You can make the ears if you like. However, they shouldn't cost too much if you can find them elsewhere while preparing your Winnie the Pooh costume. Either way, be prepared in case of a windy day or a rainy one whilst creating your Winnie the Pooh costume. If worst comes to worst, you can spray paint a pair of slip ons yellow. The best part? You can get all of this at the thrift store!
Makeup
As for the Winnie the Pooh costume makeup, you'll need yellow face paint and black eyeshadow and a good base. The reason for the black eyeshadow instead of paint is that you can't be sure how exactly certain paints will act with your eyes...and more often than not, there are instructions warning against using paints around that area. Play it safe with eyeshadow. First, paint your face except a margin around your eyes. Make sure to get your neck and everywhere else. Also, buy yellow hair spray and use that to change your hair color or buy a yellow beanie—it's up to you and what you have in mind regarding your Winnie the Pooh costume. Make sure all of your skin is covered. Do not use paint all over your body—you do, to a degree, use your pores to breath. So, keep that in mind while creating your Winnie the Pooh costume!
